Spent initial years at a leading architectural firm of Delhi working on a range of projects that included offices, healthcare, industrial, leisure and residential and was responsible for many award winning projects. Joined asid in 2007, as principal Architect. With her extensive corporate and hospitality projects experience of almost 20 years, Ruchika has created her own distinctive style. She has a far-reaching grasp of both client needs and visionary design concepts and is a valuable asset to asid group network.

Before founding asid, Sanjeev gained a wealth of international experience, acquiring considerable knowledge of corporate structures. With a graduation in Architecture & a Post Graduate degree in Construction Management from IIT Delhi, he has an acute eye for construction processes and meticulous attention to detail makes him a key member at the 'front end' of the design team.

To undertake varied projects we need depth of resources. In that sense "size matters". We have multiple group to deliver projects in various categories. However creativity and talent are best nurtured in a small group. Hence we have a dedicated project director with project lead and his team of architects and engineers as per projects' nature and requirement.
